I love these events hosted by ABMC. They market their training to leaders in various counties in Africa and then take them to a beautiful destination to learn, connect and have fun sightseeing. When we have people in the same field from different countries, learning together, the experience is always richer.

Charlotte delivered insightful sessions on Artificial Intelligence in HR, Sustainability/CSR in HR to HR practitioners drawn from Ghana. Tanzania and Uganda both in the public/private sector sparking interesting conversations on how they can better advance the course of HR in their respective organizations.
